We want you to love your purchase from Wicks & Wigs. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at wickwig2025@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes wigs that have been tried on, hair extensions, opened hair oils, and used candles. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. In cases of approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your original return has been received and inspected. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card account. If it still hasn’t posted, please contact your payment provider.
